How much does your auditing solution cost?
Our pricing is 100% contingency-based. We only get paid when we save you money. If there are no savings in a given month, you don’t pay anything. Our standard fee is 50% of the savings recovered.

How far back can you audit my bills?
It depends on the type of refund. For GSR (Guaranteed Service Refund), FedEx and UPS only allow requests within 15 days of the invoice date. For other refund categories, we can often go further back, but the timeframe varies by scenario.
What factors qualify for credits on my invoices?
We review more than 40 potential factors. GSR—refunds for late deliveries—is one of the most common. Others include non-shipments, address correction fees, and DIM weight discrepancies, among many more.
How do refunds get credited to my account?
When a claim is successful, the credit is applied back to your shipping account by the carrier.
How can I verify my credits?
Each month, we send an invoice that lists every credit we recovered, along with the corresponding invoice and tracking numbers. You can log in to your FedEx or UPS account at any time to confirm those credits directly.
Can you audit our freight bills if our contract includes a Money-Back Guarantee Waiver?
Yes, but your savings will be lower. We generally advise clients not to accept Money-Back Guarantee Waivers, as they remove the right to GSR refunds. Still, service failures are only one of many factors we review, so we can often identify savings even with a waiver in place.
Will my relationship with FedEx or UPS be affected?
No. Our process follows each carrier’s published policies and guidelines. Everything is transparent and fully compliant. Many clients actually experience improved support from their carrier once billing issues are identified and resolved.
Why can’t we audit the invoices ourselves?
You can, but it’s time-consuming, and most internal teams don’t specialize in carrier billing. As a result, many refund opportunities go unnoticed. Our expertise helps you recover more while freeing your team from manual audit work.
We already have strong discounts from our carrier. Why would we need you?
Even with good discounts, there are often additional savings available. On average, we save clients 3–8% on top of their existing rates. Those small percentages add up quickly—often hundreds or thousands of dollars per month.
Why can’t our FedEx or UPS representative do this?
Carrier representatives are not responsible for reviewing every shipment for potential refunds. Our solution is dedicated to auditing each invoice line by line to ensure every eligible credit is recovered.
Is it worth auditing our bills if we don’t think there’s much to save?
Yes. Many clients are surprised by how much they recover, especially in the first month. Most companies underestimate the number of billing errors or overlooked credits—and therefore the potential savings.
What if I don’t want to give access to my online account?
For initial testing, you can send us at least 10 recent invoices as CSV files (within 15 days of the invoice date). Once we review them, we’ll share your savings results. For ongoing audits, account access is required so we can deliver consistent, accurate savings without manual file transfers.
Is it safe to provide access to my carrier accounts?
Yes. Our NDA outlines strict confidentiality and data-protection standards. Your account and information are fully safeguarded.
What if we already use another third-party auditor?
That’s completely fine. You can try us for one month and compare the results. In most cases, clients find that our savings are significantly higher.
